Don Taylor and Ass. Archtects designed this 3000 plus square foot addition to a 7000 sq ft brick home to match the architecture with no obstructive supports. The 8 car showroom is connected to a 3 bay daily driver garage which allows 11 cars to be kept in climate control comfort.

The interior features Italian Porcelean floors with cherry walls, trim, tool cabinets and library shelves with a rolling cherry ladder. The garage also features a Rotary Smart in-ground lift for undercar detailing, with compressed air every 15 feet along the wall.

Garage Doors are solid wood stained in cherry with insulated glass to aid in ambient light with powdercoated rails and hardware. HVAC is powered by two 19 seer Trane Systems to allow the loft to be cooled while the first floor is heated.

Lighting Systems are designed to replicate daylight for detailing and low volt lighting to showcase the cars. There are 8 electric floor outlets in the porcelean under all 8 cars to fire the triggle chargers so the cars are ready to drive. The garage and home are backed up by twin 45 KW generators that can run the entire estate for 10 days with no outside support.

The office/loft has Brazilian cherry floors and ceilings with a marble fireplace surrounded by cherry cabinets. Audio Video Associates designed 32 speakers, 2 flat screens , a Sony 15 foot Projection System for the drive in experience, coupled to a 400 DVD Firebox with an Escient Management System, Satellite, Verizon Fios and Blue Ray DVD.
